01 . THE ABOUT

José was born and raised in Ensenada, Baja California, México. When he moved to the USA he enrolled into architecture school. That made his mom so very proud. She would tell all her friends that her son was going to become a world-famous architect. Then one day after two years of school, he watched a funny commercial online and thought to himself “You can get paid to make stuff like that? I can make stuff like that!” The very next day he called his mom to tell her he was dropping out of architecture school to make ads. She was not pleased. Last year, because of this career in advertising, he was able to help his mom buy a house. She was very happy. She also reminded him that if he would have finished architecture school he could’ve designed the house himself. 

During his 14+ years working in advertising he's been thanked by Kevin Hart for making him "look so good", he's laughed with Lebron James while teaching him how to toss Ruffles in an appropriate manner, he's been a member of T-Pain's entourage for a whole Downtown LA city block, and he's talked bad fantasy sports trades with Michael Bublé (while bubly cans were being tossed at his face.)
